This is an inclusive gentle vinyasa movement practice designed for all bodies and experience levels. Beginners are encouraged to attend.

At Rooted Soul, access to embodied healing and community should not be determined solely by income or privilege. Our pricing is an equity-based sliding scale by design. It is a collective model of sustaining the practice, with dignity, regardless of income. It honors the value of skilled, trauma-informed instruction while recognizing the realities of life circumstances.
You are invited to choose a payment tier that reflects your current circumstances, access to resources, and capacity to contribute at this time. All participants receive the same quality of care. The higher level tiers ensure access for those who might not otherwise be able to attend. If you ever want to pay more to cover the cost for a neighbor to attend at $0, Venmo will also be available.
Suggested Sliding Scale Tiers
Solidarity - $20
This is the average drop in rate for local studios. This tier is for those who intentionally practice resource redistribution. It supports reduced-cost and growth of the space.
Sustainer - $15
For those with financial stability. This tier helps subsidize community spots and support long-term sustainability of Rooted Soul’s offerings.
Supporter - $10
For those with steady income who can meet their needs, but need a mid range option. This tier helps pay the space rental fees.
Community - $5
For those experiencing financial stress, limited income, or systemic barriers. This tier exists to support access without explanation.
Neighbor - $0
For anyone experiencing any hardship where cost would prevent you from attending.
