Examining the roles we carry, expectations, and the relationship between caring for others and ourselves.

Exploring the. many losses of midlife, including relationships, family roles, and the versions of ourselves we are learning to release.

Exploring identity shifts, changing roles, and the possibility of creating a life that reflects who we are becoming

FACILITATORS
Trinh Mai, LCSW: Therapist and educator in private practice. Previously she directed Mindfulness Programs and taught Social Work at the University of Utah. She is a proud immigrant from Vietnam and integrates teachings from her cultural and spiritual backgrounds including the wisdom of family matriarchs, her mother and grandmothers.
Sonya Martinez-Ortiz, LCSW: Therapist in private practice, consultant, educator, and yoga teacher. Her work honors the intelligence of the body, lived experience, and ancestral wisdom, including the teachings of the women who came before her. She helps people reconnect with themselves, cultivate meaningful connection, and live in alignment with their values.
